Your account has been created, but it is not activated.

To get your account activated, please:

  • Send an email to Shockbase (you find the address on the bottom of the ShockBase main page)
  • Include your username
  • Send the mail from the same address you used to sign up for ShockBase

If username and email address fit, your account will be activated manually.

Why can’t ShockBase just activate all accounts?

#1
To prevent, that somebody else uses your mail address to set up an account.

#2
Imagine you had a error in the mail address you entered during sign up for Shockbase.
In this case you would not be able to receive a password recovery mail, if you forget your password.

Why can’t ShockBase send a new verification mail?

Due to security reasons email addresses are not stored.
